Designed by the prolific Miami-based firm, Revuelta, Vega , Leon , P.A. Architects, CITY 24 was developed by Barry G. Goldlist of PanTerra Developments. Mr. Goldlist is the motivation behind some of South Florida 's most inspired residences including luxury residences Mirage, and the Solimar --a sleek, 220-unit complex located across from the exclusive Bal Harbor Shops in Miami Beach. Following the Solimar project, the developer realized Miami was ready for a unique urban project now known as CITY 24.
